One of the things we did at Zoobic Safari was feed the camels. They are so adorable and friendly. We took a lot of photos with the camels while feeding them. We spent more time at the camel’s station compare to the other animals. We had so much fun!

It was Spring time when we went to Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, Texas. We had so much fun while looking at every cages to check on animals. We found this snobbish white tiger who didn’t ever roar when some kids are trying to get his attention. We tried to get a closer look of his face but we had no luck. So I just took this snapshot, instead.

I think I want a pet. But the thing is, I can never have a pet. I used to have a chocolate labrador and two miniature dachshunds. We brought them to our cross-country last summer of 2008 and it was a chaos, but we had fun.

Every time we go to the zoo, the colorful parrots makes me smile. They are just so adorable. The photo above was taken at Caldwell Zoo and yes, these parrots can talk. I heard them say hi and hello. It could be more training for them to say different words and they’re amazing. I was thinking if they are a good pet.

It is very depressing and miserable to see how Manila Zoo end up a sorry place for a family-fun-place. I can still remember the first time I visited the zoo. It was summer during my freshmen year. My Uncles, Aunts, Grandparents together with my cousin visited the zoo to have fun and enjoy the animals. The second time was, when I was still dating my husband, year 2007.

My husband and I enjoy visiting the zoo whenever we can. We love animals. In fact, my husband has been in an exotic animal business years ago. He loves taking care of the animals. His best pet was a caracal (African Lynx), named Sheba. I feel sad on what’s going on at Manila Zoo. Animals are sick, their cages are messy with no maintenance, poor animals can’t even get a medical treatment. I feel for those sick animals. I hope they get help.

What’s up Doc? Bugs Bunny is one of my favorite cartoon character. I was very young then when I started watching Looney Tunes show. Occasionally, I still watch some of them but not a lot. Though I still smile and giggle whenever I see and visit the Disneyland or Disneyworld.

Two weeks ago, we found these poor bunnies in the playground. The mama rabbit left them in a small hole not big enough for all four baby bunnies. Maybe, the mama rabbit left to hunt for food. One bunny died, run-over by the big lawn mower. It was an accident. We put all three of them in a diaper box and put them back in a hole where the mama rabbit left them. After a few days, we checked the hole and they’re all gone, hopped and hid somewhere else.
